How to house train your dog?
Potty training doesn't have to be difficult! Get some 8in1 potty training mats and follow our tips consistently.
Remove the mat from the packaging and lay it out with the white side facing up, away from your dog's bed and food. Your dog must have access to the mat around the clock.
Place your pet on the mat so that it can smell the grass. Your dog will be absorbed by the smell of the mat and will want to relieve itself on it.
Reward your pet when it uses the mat! If you notice that it is relieving itself elsewhere, immediately take it to the mat.
As the days go by, move the mat closer to the exit door so that the puppy begins to signal its physiological needs by approaching the door.
Observe your dog and respond if it communicates that it wants to go outside.
After vaccinations, you will need to take your puppy outside for walks. However, mats can be useful if your puppy is left alone at home and you are unable to take it out at the right time, e.g., after sleeping.
