Chronic renal failure, metabolic acidosis.
Heart failure.
Idiopathic cystitis - Thanks to its high moisture content, the Urinary S/O Feline wet diet increases urine dilution. Nearly 64% of lower urinary tract diseases are idiopathic cystitis. In case of recurrence, it is recommended to feed the diet in wet form.
Dissolution of struvite stones - The Urinary S/O Feline diet effectively dissolves struvite stones.
Reduced urine saturation (RSS) - Low urine saturation provides an unfavorable environment for the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals.
Urine dilution - Diluting urine reduces the concentration of struvite and calcium oxalate crystals present in it. Increased urine volume also promotes more frequent bladder emptying.
