This diet meets the daily nutritional requirements of an adult dog requiring dietary therapy for lower urinary tract problems and struvite stones. Daily doses, presented in the table on the packaging, depend on the animal's current body weight, health and condition, and activity level. These doses may change depending on the dog's current needs. The daily dose should be divided into 2-4 meals, fed at regular intervals. For the prevention of struvite stones, it is recommended to feed smaller, more frequent portions, which positively affects urine acidification. Any changes to the diet (diet selection, dosage, feeding frequency) should always be consulted with a veterinarian.
For struvite stone prevention, the maximum duration of use is 6 months.
Additional urine acidifying substances are contraindicated when using the Urinary diet.
Regular checkups are recommended during the diet, in consultation with a veterinarian.
The food should be served at room temperature. Store the can in the refrigerator after opening.
The animal must have constant access to fresh water.
