Dosage

The following amounts of the product are recommended to be administered daily during a meal, depending on the animal's body weight: – 1 capsule per 20 kg.

Action of the active ingredients of the product:

Lactobacillus acidophilus – through the production of lactic acid, it increases acidity in the intestine, thereby inhibiting the growth of pathogens such as Salmonella, Escherichia coli, and Clostridium perfringens. It actively participates in the synthesis of B vitamins, especially niacin, folic acid, and vitamin B6. The specificity of Lactobacillus acidophilus lies in its ability to hydrolyze urea, which, on the one hand, reduces its endogenous production and, on the other hand, helps to lower its concentration in the blood during chronic renal failure.

Lactobacillus plantarum – supports the reduction of changes in the structure of the gastrointestinal microflora, which usually occur as a result of prolonged stress.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus – through the production of lactic acid, it increases acidity in the intestine, thereby inhibiting the growth of pathogens. Its ability to inhibit the colonization of the gastrointestinal tract by Clostridium perfringens in dogs reaches 80%. The metabolites produced by Lactobacillus rhamnosus stimulate the local and general immunity of the body. In addition, enriching the diet with this strain has been found to increase the sensitivity of insulin receptors and promote more effective weight loss. Increased concentrations of GABA, a neurotransmitter that alleviates mood disorders and reduces anxiety, have also been demonstrated.

Inulin – a prebiotic, a fraction of soluble dietary fiber, has a beneficial effect on the growth of beneficial intestinal microflora, stimulates the development of bacteria from the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium groups. The acidic metabolites of beneficial microflora prevent the growth of potentially pathogenic bacteria.
