Uro-Pet - a dietary complementary food for dogs and cats. It is used to prevent the re-formation of struvite urinary stones thanks to its DL-methionine content, which has an acidifying effect on urine. It has a supportive effect in cats in diseases of the lower urinary tract (formerly SUK feline urological syndrome) and in dogs with a tendency to form struvite urinary stones as a prophylaxis.

Dosage
Reduction of struvite stone formation Cats: ½ - 1 teaspoon (2.5-5 ml; 3-6 g) twice daily Dogs: ½ - 3 teaspoons (depending on body weight) twice daily.
Maintenance dose Cats: ½ - 1 teaspoon (2.5-5 ml; 3-6 g) 2 or 3 times a week Dogs: ½ - 3 teaspoons (depending on body weight) 2 or 3 times a week.

Uro-Pet, thanks to the DL-methionine it contains, acidifies the urine. It is a dietary supplementary food to help reduce the re-formation of struvite stones. It can be used in cats with urological syndrome - SUK (FUS) and in dogs prone to struvite stone formation. The required daily dose depends on individual needs and should be selected based on the decrease in urine pH. Due to its exceptional palatability, the paste is easy to administer to animals. Important nutritional and physiological characteristics: urinary acidifying properties (methionine).
Recommended duration of use: up to 6 months
The paste should not be fed to the animal on an empty stomach.
It can be administered directly into the mouth, with food or drinking water.
