Tropical Aqua Care aquarium preparations facilitate the setting up and maintenance of the aquarium. They are a source of microelements, essential for the proper functioning of fish organisms, and nutrients for aquatic plants, ensuring their lush growth and healthy appearance. An important group of preparations are those for treating and preparing tap water for aquarium purposes. This is important because most aquarists use tap water disinfected with chlorine or its compounds, which are toxic to fish. Such water requires special treatment to make it safe for aquarium inhabitants.

Turbidity also appears in newly established tanks with an unestablished biological balance. Bactosan quickly and effectively restores water clarity, which improves the fish's living conditions and the aesthetic qualities of the aquarium. When used in spawning aquaria, it has a positive effect on the survival of eggs and hatchlings of delicate fish species. Once the biological turbidity has disappeared, we recommend using Bacto-Active in the aquarium. If biological turbidity reoccurs, the following should be analysed: filtration capacity, amount of food fed, stocking density, frequency of water changes. Notorious recurrence of the problem indicates an imbalance in the biological balance of the tank.

10 ml / 100 l of water. Use until water turbidity disappears. During the treatment, change 20-30% of the water daily and supplement proportionally with the product. During the treatment, we recommend limiting feeding or stopping feeding altogether. If - despite the application of the product - turbidity persists for more than 5 days or returns systematically, the functioning of the aquarium should be reviewed. Caution: Do not use at the same time with other aquarium preparations.
