The mix also contains dandelion, which is rich in vitamins A, B, C, and D. It has anti-inflammatory properties, improves digestion, and cleanses the body of harmful metabolic products. Carrots, with their high beta-carotene (provitamin A) content, provide important minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, copper, zinc, molybdenum, magnesium, iodine, and potassium. Flax seeds support proper digestion.
