Dolvit Pierzenie is a complementary feed mixture for pigeons during the moulting period. It is a dietary supplement with a specialised use, which is administered together with the standard feed. Its regular administration as a supplement to the basic feed promotes a shorter moulting period, as well as the growth of healthy, strong feathers. For best results, you can feed the mixture in advance. The feed contains carefully selected vitamins and minerals and trace elements that pigeons particularly need during the moulting period.

Dosage

1g of mixture per pigeon per day.

i.e. 1 measure per 5 pigeons per day is administered approximately two weeks before the start of the moult and continued for the duration of the moult.

It is most often administered in a separate mineral feeder and the pigeons take it according to their own needs.

A measured amount can also be given after mixing with the grain mixture.

Additional information

Methionine, a sulphuric amino acid contained in its composition, promotes proper feather development especially in young, but also in adult birds. The feed is also enriched with brewer's yeast and micro- and macroelements such as calcium carbonate and calcium-magnesium carbonate. These are ingredients specially selected for pigeons with special nutritional requirements during the feather growth period. Vitamins and minerals also influence the overall condition of the birds. The mixture is available in smaller capacity buckets and in tablet form.
