Salmon contains a number of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12), as well as A and E, and is not lacking in vitamin D. It is characterised by a high content of amino acids and extremely valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6, which have a strong antioxidant effect and contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system.
Baltic fish are rich in numerous vitamins and antioxidants. They influence the proper functioning of the heart, prevent cancer, improve blood clotting and support the nervous system.
